Booking
Your place on a course will be confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form and deposit, if booking more than 30 days in advance. If booking less than 30 days before the course date, the full fee is due on reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, and full payment for your course is due two weeks prior to commencement. Course fees are generally refundable only in the event of cancellation of the course by Katie.

Payment Options
You can send your completed booking form either with a cheque (payable to K. Van Gend) by conventional mail, or you can email the form and pay using PayPal.
